Fast Track Yourself To The Monaco Grand Prix
- Share a private jet to arrive in style –
London, England, 19 March 2013 – For anyone planning a trip to Monte Carlo this year to experience the über-glamour of the Monaco Grand Prix, sharing the charter of a private jet provides the most convenient and luxurious way of getting there, according to London Executive Aviation (LEA), one of Europe’s largest private jet charter operators.
This year’s race will take place on Sunday 26 May and LEA is looking forward to flying its clients to the event, which is held at the Circuit de Monaco, alongside Monaco’s iconic yacht-filled harbour, casinos and high-end hotels.
Patrick Margetson-Rushmore, chief executive, LEA says: “The Monaco Grand Prix is arguably the most prestigious event on the international sporting calendar and we can’t wait to play our part by flying Formula 1 fans to Monte Carlo in comfort and style.”
A group of nine people can charter a Cessna Citation Excel, which boasts a large baggage compartment and a top cruising speed of 500mph, from London to Cannes for a one-night, two-day trip for £1,166 per person (£10,500 in total), return. Upon arrival in Cannes, LEA will arrange a short helicopter ride to take you into Monaco.
Those tempted to stay for two nights and experience the full race weekend, including the Friday practice session, Saturday qualifying and the race day on Sunday, can charter the same aircraft for £1,466 per person (£13,200 in total), return.
For smaller groups, four passengers can travel together on a Cessna Citation Mustang on a one-night, two-day trip for £1,650 per person (£6,600 in total), return, or a two-night, three-day trip for £1,962 per person (£7,850 in total), return.
Margetson-Rushmore continues: “Whether you’re taking your clients to witness the excitement of a race weekend, or treating yourself to a weekend away with friends, it’s certainly worth considering chartering a private aircraft with LEA. The Citation Excel and Citation Mustang show that you don’t have to be a millionaire to fly privately to the millionaires’ playground!”
The Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix 2013 will take place from 23-26 May 2013.
