Young People Fly High For VIP Experience
London, England, 5th November 2014 – Private jet charter operator London Executive Aviation (LEA) and Signature Flight Support at Luton Airport played host to a group of seriously ill children on 18 October 2014, giving them a truly VIP experience.
Sporting Bears Motor Club volunteers, dedicated to raising money for children’s charities through social and touring events, arranged for the group of nine children and their families to arrive at Signature Flight Support at Luton Airport, under police escort, in a fleet of Bentley cars. After being welcomed into Signature’s VIP lounge, the children were escorted onboard one of LEA’s Embraer Legacy 600 private jets, for a 60 minute pleasure flight around the east coast of England. Upon return to the airport, the children and their families enjoyed a lunch laid on by Signature.
Sporting Bears’ representative, Max Walker, says: “All of our children and their families had a very special day and were made to feel like VIPs thanks to the generosity of LEA and Signature Flight Support. The children will be talking about this day for a very long time.”
Sporting Bears is a dedicated group of classic car and sporting enthusiasts, with the primary aim of raising money for children’s charities through its own social and touring events as well as supporting other charitable events. Since the club’s inception in 1989, it has raised over £1 million for charity.
